At Melodious Sonnet, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a 14-day return policy for store credit on all products, except for "sale" items, which are considered final sale. Please be aware that earrings are exempt from refunds due to hygiene reasons. Kindly note that we do not issue direct refunds; instead, all eligible returns will be processed as store credit.

Return Requirements:

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

1. The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, and it should include all the accompanying gifted items.

2. For defective items, you may request a replacement or refund with photo evidence.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@melodioussonnet.ca. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions on where to ship your package to our Canada-based warehouse. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost:

For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees.

Recommended Shipping Method:

We strongly recommend using a signed postal service when returning items to us to ensure a safe and traceable delivery.

Return Processing Time:

Upon receiving your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of processing for the store credit to be applied to you. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Refund Notification:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will receive an automatic store credit.
