Cancellation Policy

All orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order.

For orders exceeding the 12-hour window, they may have already been processed and shipped from our warehouse, making cancellation unavailable.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to stop the shipment or issue a cancellation. However, if you no longer want the item, you may be eligible for a return once your order arrives.
