Cancellation Policy

• All orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.
• For orders exceeding the 24-hour window, they may have already been processed and shipped from our warehouse, making cancellation unavailable.
• If you still wish to cancel an order after the 24-hour period and the order has already been shipped, please refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver your package. Once the item is returned to us, we will process your refund. Please note, a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order amount will be applied and deducted from your refund.
